October to October, organize the supervision inspection of national agencies. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Inspection scope

Objects, in principle, agencies that have been inspected in the past three years are included in the scope of this inspection. 2. Inspection content time

This inspection covers the entire process of government procurement activities, including ten aspects including entrusted agency, document preparation, import approval, method changes, information announcements, deposits, review process, successful bid transactions, contract management, response to queries. The inspection basis includes the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China" its implementation regulations, as well as relevant systems measures regulatory documents (attached). The inspection time starts in June 2016 ends at the end of October. The specific arrangements are as follows:

Self-inspection stage (June 1-June 30): The financial department sets up an inspection team to deliver inspection notices to the inspected unit; the inspected unit sorts out documents, data materials related to the selected procurement items according to the requirements of the notice , Form a self-inspection report on the 2015 practice based on the inspection basis, submit it to the finance department.

3. Work requirements
